MobilePay Subscriptions FAQ

You sign up by going into a webshop that has MobilePay Subscriptions. Click on the MobilePay button that opens the payment agreement in the MobilePay app. You start the payment agreement with a single swipe.  

It costs kr. 2.17 per transaction

You can find a complete overview of your recurring payments in the MobilePay app under the menu option “Payment Agreements”.  

  • Open MobilePay
  • Click on the profile icon in the upper left corner 
  • Choose “Payment Agreements” 
  • Press the webshop’s name or logo under “Your active payments”. Here you have an overview over your payments.

You can see an upcoming payment eight days before the amount is deducted.

You can reject a single payment up until the day before the payment date. If you reject a single payment, the payment agreement continues, and you automatically pay the next payment via MobilePay as you usually do. You reject a single payment in the app under the menu option “Payment Agreements”.  

Note. If you have rejected a payment, it is not possible to undo and later complete the payment in MobilePay. You therefore need to contact the webshop and arrange another payment method.  

  • Open MobilePay
  • Click on the profile icon in the upper left corner 
  • Choose “Payment Agreements” in the menu
  • Under “Payment Agreements” click on the subscription in which you wish to reject the payment.
  • Choose payment under the heading “Waiting” 
  • Click on “Delete”/”Reject” 
  • Click “Confirm” 

If you have rejected a single payment in MobilePay by mistake, then contact the webshop to arrange how you pay the bill you by mistake have rejected. Even though you have rejected a single payment, you have not ended the payment agreement. So, the next payments will automatically be paid via MobilePay as they usually do.  

Yes. If you no longer want to pay automatically via MobilePay you can delete the payment agreement. You do that in the MobilePay app under the menu option “Payment Agreements”.  

  • Open MobilePay 
  • Click on the profile icon in the left corner. 
  • Choose “Payment Agreements” in the menu 
  • Under “Payment Agreements” click on the recurring payment you wish to delete. 
  • Choose the tab “Agreement” at the top of the page. 
  • Click on “Delete” (iOS device: click on “delete” at the bottom of the page) 
  • Read the conditions and click “Delete”  

Be aware that when you delete a Payment Agreement in MobilePay, it means that you will not use MobilePay as a payment method. If you want to end a recurring payment from the webshop you must contact the webshop directly.
